Return and exchange service is possible for items that are in new condition and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, kindly send an email to ladolcevitadiesra.management@gmail.com within 21 days of purchase. Items cannot be exchanged or returned after 21 days. Items must be returned with tags still attached and must be in their original packaging or boxes.
